The workshop is on Saturday 21st March 2026 and it starts at 11:00am.
The workshop will run no longer then 90 minutes. We start at 11:00am and aim to finish by 12:30pm so you can carry on and enjoy the rest of your weekend.
It's not compulsory to bring anything with you or even to wear gym clothing. We do encourage you to bring a pen and a notebook to take some notes that you can revisit at a later date.
No you don't have to be part of the community to attend this workshop. We would love you to come to learn and get a better understanding on how strength, core and pelvic training can support you to live a healthier lifestyle.
We are conveniently located at Unit 3, Cambridge North Station, Milton Avenue in Cambridge. You can expect a friendly welcoming atmosphere and expert coaching.
